About Me:

My name is Piotr, or you can call me Pete.

I was born and raised in Poland and I moved to the UK when I was 21… Since then I call it home.

I have been an active person since a very young age.

I started karate training at the age of 6 followed by 10 years of football and 3 years of kickboxing.

However, I took fitness more seriously after moving to England when I stepped into the gym as a “first-timer ”

Back then I didn’t look like I was genetically gifted but I rather describe myself as a young and insecure man who wanted to build muscle, get lean, look amazing and feel confident in his mind. I took some time learning, studying and learning my craft. I have done some weekend workshops and I have invested my money into educating myself and gaining the knowledge I needed at the beginning of my fitness career.

Yes, I know these days you can find a lot of information online, but a lot of those sources are not reliable.

I decided to hire a strength and conditioning coach because I wanted to gain the experience and skills I needed to be able to teach others.

I picked up weightlifting quickly and most importantly I enjoyed getting my body and mind stronger every day.

Two years later I qualified as a level 3 personal trainer and a level 2 strength and conditioning coach.

Further along the line, I hired a gymnastics coach because I felt like I needed to explore a different path of training and because I like the challenge. I knew it will be fun to learn something I’m not good at.

Having good  qualifications looks great on paper but knowing how to apply that knowledge and train others you can only gain through experience and a lot of practice.

I have been helping clients to transform their physiques using my proven coaching methods for nearly 10 years now…By giving 1-1 attention to each client, with a focus on personalisation and high-quality service, I can give quick results, but also create sustainable and lasting changes!

Once we have built a strong foundation and you’re able to perform basic movements you will be offered a remote training option with fortnightly or monthly check in sessions.

I want to educate my clients and make sure they can also train independently if they need to.

The  challenges that most clients face, and the obstacles they present are readily overcome with my guidance, and it is common that this won’t be easy.. Many of my clients experience improvement in their self-image, their posture and health, as well as their overall sense of well being and self-worth! Truly rewarding for both coach and client.
