Request Sports Massage

This form is a booking request, not a confirmation. The treatment, location, date and time that you select will need to be confirmed by myself.

You can book an appointment in my private treatment room in Fitzrovia every Saturday between 9 am—6 pm

Alternatively, on Thursday and Saturday, I can come to your location, using a form of transportation in which I can carry with me a portable massage table and all the necessary supplies for the treatment (All I ask you to provide is 2 x Bath Size towels for your coverage, warmth and care). *There is an additional cost for my travel to and from your location.
