GET FIT BY PETE treatments involve a form of manual therapy that is designed to assist in correcting problems and muscular imbalances that are caused by repetitive and strenuous forms of physical activities.

How do you perform your Sports Massage treatments?
Treatments are desinged to work around you and what you’re comfortable with but for best results, having no piece of clothing on your top half allows the therapist to massage smoothly without clothing getting in the way.
Where are your Sports Massage treatments Performed? (London locations)
For the location of the GET FIT BY PETE treatments, you have the two following options:
- You can book an appointment in the private treatment room in Fitzrovia every Saturday between 9 am—6 pm
- Alternatively, on Thursday and Saturday, Pete can come to your location, using a form of transportation in which a portable massage table can be carried and all the necessary supplies for the treatment (Can you please provide is 2 x Bath Size towels for your coverage, warmth and care). *There is an additional cost for travel to and from your location.
